Dr. Amy Gillcrist, AIM Health’s Medical Director, has been an internal medicine doctor for 18 years and is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. A native Portlander, she combines her deep local roots with an impressive education, including degrees from the University of Oregon and Oregon Health & Science University. At AIM Health, she not only sees patients but also oversees clinical staff, ensuring exceptional care and service quality.
Dr. Merrill Harris, a board-certified internist and Fellow of the American College of Physicians, brings over 20 years of experience to AIM Health. She spent 17 years as a hospitalist at Providence Portland Medical Center and is passionate about preventative care and chronic disease management. Dr. Harris values AIM’s personalized approach and enjoys volunteering, supporting the arts, and spending time with her husband and twin daughters.
Dr. Annie Mack, double-board certified in internal medicine and pediatrics, has 17 years of experience and enjoys caring for patients of all ages, often treating entire families. She values AIM Health’s personalized approach, focusing on preventative care, mental health, and strong patient relationships. Outside of work, Dr. Mack enjoys hiking, traveling, yoga, and spending time with her family. She is currently welcoming new patients.
AIM Health is excited to welcome Dr. Ying Long, a board-certified internal medicine specialist, to our team! With years of experience managing complex cases as a hospitalist, Dr. Long is passionate about building meaningful, long-term relationships with her patients. She chose AIM Health for its focus on personalized, attentive care.
Dr. Long is now accepting new patients, with appointments available starting November 2024. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, camping, and exploring the Pacific Northwest with her family.
